Bike Gallery's 30-day money back guarantee applies to all products we stock(*). Bring proof of purchase in when you return your purchase (in new or nearly-new condition) and we will gladly help you with an exchange or refund. Clothing must be washed if it has been worn.

30 Day Price Protection Guarantee
If Bike Gallery lowers the price within 30 days, on any item you purchased from us, we'll refund the difference when you bring in your receipt (even if it is crumpled and coffee-stained).

Price-Matching Guarantee
If you find locally the identical product in stock at a lower price, we will match the price for up to 30 days after your purchase (sorry, does not include mail-order or web pricing) . Just bring your receipt and proof of price and we'll credit you the difference.

Free Accessory Installation
Most customers need a few extras with their new bike, such as a rack, fenders, lights, water bottle cage, or a computer. We will install all basic accessories you purchase the same day you buy your new bike, so you are ready to ride the minute your new bike leaves the store. (Custom installs are not included.)

Free "How To" Clinics
To help you better understand your bike, how it works, and how to care for it, the expert staff at the Bike Gallery holds commuting, flat repair, maintenance, and shifting clinics. Many clinics repeat on a monthly basis so you can pick the date and location that fits your schedule. Clinics Schedule

Free Women's Clinics and Rides
Our women only clinics specifically address the concerns of women cyclists, whether racing or recreational. Come learn the basics of cycling from a woman's point of view. Bike Gallery's staff includes many experienced and knowledgeable cyclists who are excited to share what they know. If you have questions about cycling, come to a clinic or tap into that knowledge during a store visit.

For women who prefer to ride in a women-only group, you're invited to join us for our weekly women's group rides on Sundays during the spring and summer. The difficultly level varies from week to week; some weeks are beginner rides and other are all-level rides, but no one gets left behind whatever the level. Rides Calendar
