Book Your Service Appointment Ahead of Time!
If you like to have your bike tuned up - or any other maintenance or repair service performed on your bike - without having to forego the pleasure of riding your bike for more than a day, we highly recommend to book your service appointment ahead of time.
Here is how a service appointment works:
1) You visit or call one of our six stores.
2) One of our service staffers will work with you to schedule your service appointment on a day that is most convenient to you. Due to the high demand and workload in summer, most of our stores are currently scheduling appointments 2 weeks out.
3) When your service appointment comes up, all you have to do is drop off your bike at the store where you made your appointment
4) If you drop off your bike in the morning (before 10 am) or the night before, we guarantee that your bike will be ready by end of day. So you hardly will have to skip a day in the saddle.
Early Service Drop Off
Both our Hollywood and Downtown stores open their doors for Early Service Drop-Off. Hollywood opens its doors at 8:00 a.m. on Mondays. Downtown at 8:00 a.m. Monday through Friday. No need to spend your lunch break bringing your bike in for service. Now you can conveniently drop off your bike on your way to work and pick it up when it's ready to go.
