Really, really, really good service. Every time. I bought my first bike there 2 years ago, and have been getting it serviced there ever since. They answer my stupid questions and correct my faulty thinking kindly and respectfully. My bike and my ego are well cared for there. I'm a customer for life.

Purchased my checkpoint here. Prior I picked the staffs brains about their take on recommendations and their own bikes. Test rode a few bikes and settled with their initial recommendation. Couldn't be happier with my choice. Great staff and service.
